1. Return Timeframe Rule
All global customers can apply for returns within 30 calendar days from the date of order placement.
2. Return Shipping Cost Standard
- Return requested within 24 hours after order placement: We cover all return shipping fees.
- Return applied after 24 hours but still within the valid 30-day window counted from order placement: Buyer bears the return shipping cost.
- For items with original non-artificial damage or wrong items delivered by us: We cover full return freight and issue a $10 store coupon with exclusive promo code as compensation.
3. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return, items must be unworn, unused, free of stains, scuffs or artificial damage, complete with original packaging, tags and all attached accessories without missing parts. Original purchase receipt or order proof is required for return application.
4. How to Start a Return
Contact our customer support via email: pengjunping181@gmail.com to initiate a return application. We will send the designated return address and detailed return instructions after approval. Pre-approved return shipping label will be provided for eligible free-return orders.
Goods sent back without prior return application will be rejected and refused receipt.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned items and approve your refund request:
- We will issue your refund to the original payment account within 3–5 business working days.
- Please note banks or card issuers may need extra processing time, the maximum account entry cycle is 10 business days.

6. Product Damage & Wrong Shipment
Please check your goods immediately after parcel arrival. Reach out to our support right away if items have original non-man-made damage or are wrongly delivered. We will cover return shipping cost and send out a $10 store coupon with unique promo code for compensation.
7. Non-Returnable Exceptions
The below goods cannot be returned per policy:
- Perishable products (food, fresh flowers, plants etc.);
- Custom-made personalized items;
- Personal care & beauty products;
- Hazardous goods, flammable liquid and compressed gas;
- Final-sale discounted items & gift cards.

8. Item Exchange Service
