User Manual
1. Setup
Connect the heating wire of the insole to the controller firmly.
2. Temperature Control
Press the button on the controller to adjust temperature:
- 1 press: High temperature (55℃, indicator shows high-temperature color)
- 2 presses: Medium temperature (45℃, indicator shows medium-temperature color)
- 3 presses: Low temperature (38℃, indicator shows low-temperature color)
Important Safety Warnings
- Do not use the insole in damp conditions. Discontinue use immediately if the product
is damaged.
- Charge and use the product in the presence of others to prevent accidents.
- Never disassemble the battery. Disconnect the power supply promptly after use.
- Avoid getting the thermostat and battery wet; do not wash them with water.
- If any abnormality occurs during use (e.g., overheating, unusual smells), cut off
power immediately and stop using the product.
- Ensure proper connection between the thermostat and insole for normal function.
If the thermostat light is on but the insole does not heat, check for blockages
between them.
- Note for iphones: The insole may not function properly when the iphone is locked.
Charging Instructions
1. Connect the charging cable to the thermostat.
2. Plug the other end into a USB charger (5V/1A recommended).
3. Charging indicator: Red (charging); Green (fully charged).
Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Disconnect the heating wire from the controller before cleaning.
2. Hand-wash the insole with a soft brush and mild detergent; gently scrub.3. Air-dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a hair dryer or other
heating devices.

- High: 50 - 55℃, approx. 4 hours (Note: Lower ambient temperatures reduce runtime)
- Medium: 45 - 50℃, approx. 6 hours
